Dear Shawn, I would just like to drop you a note telling you how great Ryan Bretzel has been. He has answered his phone, or called me back within minutes of every phone call I have made to him. He has spent as least twenty hours on the phone with me, helping me find the right house. He has told me the truth, and has been very fair. I believe he has earned every penny of his commission, and then some. When I first contacted him about a house on Rice Street, I explained to him about my credit issues, and the work I have been doing to straighten most of them out, and I felt like he did not judge me, or look down his nose at me, more along the lines of he understood, and wanted to help me out. That was about two and a half months ago, and he wasn’t a pest, he just politely followed up on what was going on with me. I have been working with town other realtors, and had nothing signed, or promised to them, after seeing the lengths Ryan was willing to go to for his clients, I dropped them cold.
